New Schools Portal

We are so happy that you have decided that you want to use ∈ngaged & Xperience for your school! Please note that ∈ngaged and Xperience come together as one package, although neither is required.

 

When you fill out the new school application, we will get back to you with more details as well as if your application was approved or denied. You can then proceed to the next step. Your platform will be provided by Xperience and your content by ∈ngaged (if you would like to have our content - since we are also used by some B&M schools or schools which only provide live classes, use of our content is not required). However, if you wish to create self-paced classes, you will need to use ∈ngaged content (although you may edit these to fit your needs).

If your application is approved, you will be able to visit the ∈ngaged existing schools portal as well as the Xperience existing schools portal.

Please note that we do charge fees for all schools. If your school offers free enrollment for students and/or is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and/or is a public school, you are eligible to have all of our ∈ngaged content for free. You will only need to pay our website hosting fees ($50 per month) as well as for materials (if applicable) and a website domain (you do not need to pay for hosting). However, materials are completely optional and are paid on a per-student basis. These types of schools will be able to re-enroll students via our ∈ngaged & Xperience existing public and non-charging schools portal although you can choose whether you want to allow students to enroll for courses directly via your website.

If your school is a private school which charges for enrollment, you will need to pay for our content and platform. Per course which you wish to offer, you will need to pay a $150 flat fee, as well as 30% of what you charge for the course to us. Students will be able to re-enroll directly from your Xperience provided website which will also contain your learning management system. We do not charge a website creation fee, although you have a fixed monthly website fee of $150, which includes all necessary operation. Once you are an existing ∈ngaged private school, you can access the ∈ngaged & Xperience private school portal.
